If something isn’t right, or you change your mind, we are happy to accept a return within 30 days of purchase, subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
We encourage you to immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we accept you return the product and we will refund the purchase price.
To be eligible for a refund your item must:
- be in its original condition and in the original packaging.
- not damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- be returned within 30 days after delivery.
- accompany with manuals and accessories (if provided originally).
To return your product, you should email us and we will send you the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your provided credit card or original method of payment, within 1 to 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
