We always try to keep shipping costs as low as possible without compromising the quality of our products.
Where We Deliver
Our online shop serves customers at most addresses within Australia and international locations.

Delivery Cost
We have a Free Shipping policy for all retail orders within Australia. The shipping cost for commercial-sized orders, orders over 25 kg in weight and up to 100 Litres in volume, will be calculated and charged accordingly based on the products ordered and the delivery address at the discretion of Solar Lighting Outdoor.
This rate is for Regular Parcel Delivery within Australia by specialised parcel couriers such as CouriersPlease and Fastway Couriers.
The express shipping option is also available for customers within Australia with a flat rate of $25 on all orders (please call us for express shipping). This rate covers Express Parcel Post by Australia Post.
A flat rate of $100 is applicable on all orders outside Australia. This rate is for Standard International Delivery by Australia Post.
How and When We Deliver
All deliveries are made from 9.00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. All orders with available stock will be dispatched in 1 business day.

You always have the option to choose the Express Post if you need your item to be delivered next business day (please call us for express shipping).
Service Specifications:
- Cost: $25 Flat Rate for all orders
- Service: Australia Post- Express Post Parcels
- Coverage: Covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes.Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.
Please ensure that your requested delivery location is free from obstructions and is otherwise in a clean and tidy state to prevent any delivery delays.
